HASHLORD — Privacy Policy

Anonymous ID. When you first open the game it silently creates an anonymous Firebase Authentication ID: a random identifier tied to your installation. It is not linked to your Google account or to any personal information. It exists so the game can tell that a leaderboard entry or mining-pool membership belongs to you and stop other players overwriting it. Uninstalling the app, clearing its data, or using Delete my online data in Settings retires this ID from your device, and a new one is created if you keep playing online.

Leaderboard information. If you set a player alias, the following is uploaded and is publicly visible to other players: your chosen alias, your in-game net worth, your chosen avatar and your in-game level. All of these are fictional in-game values. Choose an alias that does not identify you personally.

Mining-pool information. If you create or join a mining pool, the following is shared with the other members of that pool: your alias, avatar, in-game net worth and your in-game deposits to that pool.

Shared market activity. While the game is open, it periodically reports a bounded summary of which coins your miners are working on, under your anonymous ID. The server uses this to adjust shared mining difficulty. Only aggregate active-player counts and difficulty are public. Individual activity expires after three minutes without a report and is removed by periodic cleanup. Delete my online data stops further activity reports on this installation; existing activity expires in the same way.

Founders can choose to list their pool publicly. Public listings show the pool name, emblem, member count, settled deposits and joining details. Existing pools remain invite-only until the founder enables public listing.

Casino winners ticker. If you have set an alias and win in a casino game, your alias, the game and the in-game payout may be shown to other players in the casino ticker.

Community jackpot (version 1.5+). Paid slot spins send a unique spin receipt, your anonymous player ID, alias and in-game bet amount to Firebase. The server records the contribution and draw result so retries cannot count a spin twice. The shared balance and last winner's alias and in-game prize are visible to players; individual receipts are not. Receipts are retained for recovery until you use Delete my online data, which also removes your displayed last-winner alias. Firebase App Check rejects unattested jackpot requests.

Player reports. If you report another player's name, the reported alias, your reason and your anonymous ID are stored so the report can be reviewed.

Crash and diagnostic reports. The game uses Firebase Crashlytics to report crashes so they can be fixed. A crash report includes the type of crash, the state of the app when it happened, your device model, operating-system version and a Firebase installation identifier. It does not include your saved game or any personal information.

Advertising. The game shows optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. If you choose to watch one, Google may collect and use your device's advertising identifier in line with Google's privacy policy. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent before any ad is requested, and you can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy options. Ads in HASHLORD are always optional; nothing forces you to watch one.

App integrity. To block scripted abuse of the leaderboard, pools and shared market, the game uses Firebase App Check backed by Google Play Integrity. When the game talks to its servers, Google Play services provides an attestation that the request comes from a genuine copy of the app on a genuine device. No personal information is included.

Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Google handles all payment details; HASHLORD never sees or stores your card or billing information. The game keeps a record of which purchases have been delivered so a purchase is never delivered twice or lost.

Your saved game. Your progress is stored locally on your device. It is not uploaded, except for the specific leaderboard, pool, shared-market activity and casino-ticker values listed above.
